Subscription Cancellation Policy

YUBBEX Subscribe & Save subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

  • Customer Portal: Log in to your account and cancel with one click
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to support@yubbex.com

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. If you cancel after a charge has been processed, that order will still be fulfilled and shipped. No further charges will occur after cancellation.

Pre-Shipment Notification

We send a pre-shipment email 3 days before each subscription charge, giving you time to skip, pause, or cancel before the next order is processed.

Modifications

In addition to cancellation, you may also:

  • Skip individual shipments
  • Pause your subscription temporarily
  • Change your delivery frequency

All modifications can be made through your customer portal or by contacting us.
