Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with YUBBEX. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your YUBBEX Cordless Electric Air Duster ships.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery within the United States is typically 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location and the carrier. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $49. Orders under $49 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Delays

Carrier delays, high-volume periods, customs, or weather can occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and are happy to help if your order is taking longer than expected.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at hello@yubbex.com and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery (or expected delivery) date at hello@yubbex.com and we will make it right.

Where we ship

We currently focus on shipping within the United States. Where international shipping is available, any duties or taxes will be shown at checkout.
