30-Day Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your YUBBEX Cordless Electric Air Duster. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — undamaged, with all original accessories, nozzles, cable and packaging. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the product.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@yubbex.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at hello@yubbex.com with photos and we will make it right with a free replacement or full refund. Every YUBBEX duster is also covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order.
