Terms.

The agreement between you and YUBBEX when you visit yubbex.com or place an order. Last updated May 2026.

Plain language: Be over 18. Prices are in USD and can occasionally have typos — we'll tell you before charging more. Your warranty rights are real and not waived by anything below. Disputes are handled in Delaware.

1. Acceptance

By accessing yubbex.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we'll notify you before processing and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we send your order confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments or Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, plus select buy-now-pay-later providers (Affirm, Klarna) where available. All transactions are encrypted. We do not store full card numbers.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines on our Shipping page are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier handoff.

6. Returns & warranty

Returns and warranty claims are governed by the Shipping & Returns and 30-Day Returns pages, incorporated by reference. The 12-month warranty provides remedies for manufacturing defects not waived by the limitation of liability below.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YUBBEX's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation does not affect your warranty rights or non-waivable statutory rights.

8. Intellectual property

All content on yubbex.com — product names, images, copy, design — is owned by or licensed to YUBBEX. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute it without written permission.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify YUBBEX from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our products.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
