Duties, taxes and addresses
Any import duty, VAT or GST charged by your own country is not included in the price and is payable by the recipient.
Check your address carefully at checkout — we can change it free of charge until your batch enters packing, after which we cannot.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we refund the order in full, but the bottle cannot be re-sent without a new order.
Lost, late or damaged
Tracking hasn't moved for 10 days: email us and we open a carrier investigation the same day.
Parcel marked delivered but missing: tell us within 7 days and we replace or refund it.
Bottle arrives damaged or the seal is broken: send one photo, we ship a replacement immediately. Do not use it.
Heat in transit: gummies can soften in hot climates. If they've fused into a block, that's on us — we replace it.
