Because every bottle is made fresh to order, the first customers are still waiting on their first delivery. Rather than pad this page with stock quotes, borrowed screenshots or five-star cards written in-house, we're leaving the count at zero until real verified buyers have used the product long enough to have an opinion worth reading.
How we collect reviews
· Review requests are sent only to verified purchasers, and only after their order has been delivered. There is no open submission form, so nobody can review a product they never received.
· Incentives are never offered in exchange for a positive rating — no discount, no free bottle, no prize draw.
· Negative reviews are never removed. One-star reviews sit alongside five-star ones and we reply in public. The only exceptions are abuse, spam and anything that identifies a child.
· Reviews appear unedited, as written, each carrying a verified-buyer marker tied to a real order.
What a published review will show
This is the format, shown empty. Once real reviews exist, each card carries these fields — including the batch the reviewer received, so you can cross-check it against that batch's lab results.
Verified buyer — matched to a real order number
Child's age band — 2–3 or 4+, because dosage differs
Days of use — a review at day 3 is not a review at day 90
Batch code received — links to that batch's certificate of analysis
Unedited text — we don't rewrite, shorten or filter for positivity
Already ordered? Your review can be the first.
We email a review request 30 days after delivery — not on the day it arrives. No discount is offered in exchange, so nothing you read here is bought.
