Is it really halal? What does that mean here in practice?
Halal by design — plant pectin, never gelatin. Set with fruit pectin from plants. No pork gelatin, no beef gelatin, no animal gelatin of any kind, and no alcohol-based carriers. We describe it as halal by design rather than claiming a formal certification, because certification is an independent audit — and when ours is completed, the document and its number will be published on the Quality page for you to verify. Every raw material is also bought against a written specification that excludes animal-derived inputs.
Why is there no iron in a kids multivitamin?
Iron is the ingredient most commonly involved in accidental supplement poisoning in young children, and gummies are exactly the format a child will happily eat a handful of. A general daily multivitamin does not need iron. If a clinician has told you your child needs iron, it should be dosed and monitored on its own, not folded into a sweet.
How many gummies a day, and how long does a bottle last?
Ages 2–3: two gummies a day, which makes a 300-count bottle last about five months. Ages 4 and up: three gummies a day, so about three months. Two children aged 4+ sharing one bottle works out at roughly 50 days.
Why does the first delivery take about 30 days?
Each batch is made after orders come in rather than sitting in a warehouse. That is genuinely slower, and it is the main trade-off of buying from us. In exchange the vitamins in your bottle are as fresh as the label claims, and every batch is lab-tested before release. Once you are on a subscription, later deliveries are scheduled ahead so they arrive before you run out.
What does the 60-day guarantee actually cover?
If it is not right for your family within 60 days of delivery, email us and we refund the full purchase price. You keep the bottle — no return shipping, no restocking fee, no sending food back. One claim per household per product.
How do I skip, pause or cancel a subscription?
From your account, at any time, in a couple of clicks. There is no phone call, no retention script and no minimum number of deliveries. Changes made before your renewal date apply to the next shipment.
Is the sugar a problem? What is 1.5g per gummy in context?
A three-gummy serving contains 4.5g of sugar — about a teaspoon, and a fraction of a small juice box. A two-gummy serving contains 3g. It is cane sugar plus real fruit juice concentrate, because we would rather use a small amount of real sugar than an artificial sweetener in a product for a two-year-old.
Are there artificial colours or flavours?
No. Colour and flavour come from banana, orange, pineapple, raspberry, strawberry and coconut juice concentrates. That means the gummies look muted next to dyed ones, and shade can vary slightly between batches. That variation is a feature of real fruit, not a defect.
Is it suitable for allergies, vegetarian and vegan diets?
The formula contains no gluten, dairy, soy, GMO ingredients or gelatin, and the base is plant pectin, so it is vegan-friendly. If your child has a diagnosed allergy, read the current printed label before use and check with your paediatrician — specifications can be updated.
Where is it made, and is it FDA approved?
It is made in the United States in a cGMP, FDA-registered facility. To be precise: FDA registration means the facility is on file with the agency, is subject to inspection and must follow current good manufacturing practice. It is not an FDA approval or endorsement of the product, and no dietary supplement has one.
Do you ship to my country, and what does shipping cost?
Free worldwide tracked shipping on every order, including subscriptions. You get a tracking number when the batch ships. Any import duties or taxes charged by your own country are not included and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Can I see the lab results for my specific bottle?
Yes. Take the batch code from the bottom of the bottle and enter it on the Quality & lab results page to pull up that batch’s certificate of analysis, covering identity, potency, heavy metals and microbials.
